Since 1996 Berlin-based fashion and textile designer Johanna Michel has been developing prints, which in recent years have been mostly based on the paintings of her father, the German artist Edwin Michel.
Her beautiful silk and cotton scarves are printed using modern, environmentally-friendly digital technology. We love this "art crossing" that brings together the decades-old work of a renowned artist with technology in a really fascinating way. To explore Johanna's collection, click here.
We also love the Black Barn, Johanna's property in Gerswalde, Germany, which is available on BoutiqueHomes. To visit it, click here.
