What currency do you charge?
Our base currency is US dollars, but we have a currency converter in the menu on the left of the screen. Just scroll down until you find your currency and click on it. It will automatically convert all the prices. However, you will check out in US dollars.

What are your operating hours?
We are based in California and our regular office hours are between 9am and 3pm, Monday through Friday. But we will try our very best to respond to queries outside of those hours.

We accept most major credit cards and Paypal.

How much do you charge for shipping?
As BoutiqueHomes Marketplace is a global enterprise and our vendors are located all over the world, shipping rates will vary. Each vendor charges different shipping rates, so if you are ordering from multiple vendors, you will be charged a shipping price for each.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, unless otherwise stated in the product information.
When will my order arrive?
Again, shipping times will vary - so please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. (If a specific product takes longer than that, there will be information in the product listing.) If you need a rush order, please let us know and we will try to accommodate it.
Will I be charged taxes?
We are based in California, and sales tax rates are automatically calculated for all US states, where applicable. Regulations for import duties and taxes as they relate to international purchases made online vary from country to country. Please be aware that we will not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made.
How can I track my order?
We will notify you when your order has been shipped.
What if the item I receive is damaged?
We will make every effort to make sure the product reaches you in perfect condition. If it does not, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I want to return my product?
Please return the item to the vendor at the shipping return address provided, within five days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will reimburse you for the price of the product. You will, however, be responsible for the shipping fees both ways.
Is my order secure?
